Sažetak
Conditions for microwave digestion of mushrooms were found and compared to dry ashing method. Trace elements Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn, Pb and Cd were measured by flame AAS. Correlations between concentrations obtained after two different methods of sample preparations were high and significant.
