Sažetak
The analysis of p53 gene intron 6 MSP1 by restriction fragment lenght polymorphism performed on 95 samples of normal tissues (whole blood) obtained from the same number of unrelated Croatians revealed very low heterozygosity. Therefore we concluded that this analysis is not suitable for detection of LOH in p53 gene.
