Sažetak
This paper deals with a procedure by means of which a choice a corresponding transport means of interrupting flow of transport can be made. Basic elements forming the system of material flow, as well as basic tasks in transport system design have been defined. The given procedure has been tested on an example of production system, based on principles of group technology. Simulation of the work of the production system has been carried out by means of the simulation program GRAFSIM of the SIEMENS-AG company.
