The "Hrvatske šume" ltd. company was founded with a much defined goal and tasks, regulated by the Law on Forests and other regulations and its business operation is regarded from two aspects – forestial and economic. The purpose of this work is to show the national forest policy and strategy, and structure of the wood products trade in Croatia.
