Sažetak
The increase of lysosomal membrane stability and measuring of metallothioneines in the digestive gland of blue mussel (Mytillus galloprovincialis) were used as biomarkers in the Rovinj area.Obtained results suggeststhat the measurmnet of of the lysosomal membrane stability can be used as postive biomonitoring tool to check the life condition of blus mussel.On the other side the metallothioneine content did not exhibit statisticaly significant difference beetween the samples from the clean in comparison to the polluted sampling stations.
