Sažetak
The term " meta-language" may refer to the language a teacher uses to allow various classroom processes to happen. This paper deals with the FL teacher's meta-language. The types and frequency of acts which serve meta-linguistic purpose are discovered as well as the distribution of the sentence type of these acts. Based on the obtained results communicative functions of these classes of acts are defined.
