Sažetak
The nanoparticles produced in low temperature hydrocatbon Rf plasmas have a wide spectrum of application, e.g. as astroanalog candidate (IR soectra similar to astronomical observations from diffuse ISM), medical industry, for technological processing... The measurements of electron density in pulsed dusty plasma is presented to illustrate the complicated interrelation between particle formation and plasma parameters.
