Sažetak
In this paper we consider the parameter estimation problem in two mathematical models of hemodialysis. A single--pool model is described by one differential equation and a two--pool model is described by a sistem of two differential equations. Parameters in both models will be estimated on the basis of measurement data done on the hemodialysis ward of the Osijek Clinical hospital.
