Sažetak
By applying system approach and cybernetic model of didactic the model of student knowledge and skills acquisition process is formed. The model is used for projecting, developing and implementation of the original intelligent tutoring knowledge base authoring shell Tutor - Expert System (TEx-Sys). TEx-Sys is modularly structured and consists of a login module, a tutor shell, a communication module in quasi-natural language, a questioning module and an evaluation module.
