Sažetak
There are many initiatives and decisions around the world that emphasize education and training to be one of most important topics in using Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for everyday life. ICT could enable educational systems to serve children better by addressing key problems at a reasonable cost. As a result of such an effort SMS School Notification Service has been developed, addressing problems of school information exchange between students, parents and teachers. This article does not cover process of developing SMS-SNS service, but deals with the experience of preforming market research analysis and traffic analysis prior the service itself, as well as experience of the trial work period. Also, it emphasize the potential of such a service in the e-school environment.
