Sažetak
The main goal of contribution is to answer how the small countries in Eastern and Central Europe meets the challenge of the increased process of globalization. Primarily it will analyze the situation in small transitional countries in regard to the processes of commercialization of the academic science.For these countries it is very importnat to follow the stratigic goal of ERA: to create strong university-industry-government relations.
