The electronic business is, and will be for some time for those who do not understand what occurs within the general development, "tricky" business. Construction of the adequate production, business, service and administrative information system and use of the electronic business in the function of all comprehensive development of tourism and its inclusion in global trends on the basis of continental economic resources, is the basic assumption of main strategic goals of states development. The electronic support of such business has been imperative for some time to successful management of the production and supply chain of agricultural and tourist activities. Such electronic system insures management of agricultural production for the wide circle of users from tourism in the market economy, and is especially efficient for the purpose of cost cuttings for storage, quality keeping of goods, optimizations of construction of warehouse capacities, and transport in "Business-to-business" (B2B) and "Business-to-Consumer" (B2C). This new organizational access and information-communication technology insures the construction of new economy, and in the end construction of a new society.
