Sažetak
In many cases, the natural structure of the area is significantly disrupted by the execution of constructions, as well as by the exploitation of the insufficient earth and stone-ware. Because of their traffic-technical characteristics, it is well marked during the construction of the modern highways. This paper shows the general problems in the realization of the highways projects for the reasons of neglecting the construction technology, logistic and organization in designing the highways projects. It shows also the possible methods of solving the mentioned problems through the suggestion of the guidelines which would represent the basis for the particular model of continuous techno-economical valorization of the design solution during the designing and construction phases of highways.
