Sažetak
What are the tendencies in the organisation of Istrian hotel companies? The answer to this question is given in this review. In it, the organisation of hotel companies is explored at first, and then its place in the modern tendencies is determined according to the characteristics of its structure, formality and organisational culture. The research is based upon a survey performed on 200 employees from governing, executive, and management bodies of all the hotel companies present in Istria, the members of the syndicate inclusive.
