Sažetak
This paper proposes to give more attention to Architectural Design Patterns (ADP) when building Control, Proactive Monitoring and Maintenance (CPMM) modules for Intelligent Control Systems (ICS) ; this approach is applicable to a large variety of scopes, including very abstract fields, such as general social entities or enterprises, as well as very concrete domains, in particular autonomous Mobile Robots Systems (MRS). It results in a proposal aiming to help ICS designers to estimate the probability that an ICS will succeed or fail. Furthermore this proposal offers the possibility to forecast ICS problems, adjust project management pathways and locate problem sources as well as to define their possible solutions. Although we have many tools and standards for designing and implementing most of ICS at component level, until today we still do not have applicable interactive tools, methods or theories in the areas of control and monitoring of complex MRS or other ICS as a whole (from now on it will be referred to as MRS/ICS).
