Sažetak
"Organisations with study" are those where learning and working are integrated, where one puts emphasis on human capital and where knowledge and employees skills are up to international standards. Education is a new way of fight against poverty and social isolation. The same one that increses companies have proved that employee* s education investment is the main and hilly profitable component of their new strategies. In this way education become a component that connects company interests and those of employees (growth and employment).
