Sažetak
The analysis of machine operation in textile-mechanical processing represents a very complex and demanding work. Owing to a diversity of the machinery it is necessary to make an individual analysis of each workplace. This paper deals with detailed analysis of the bodily posture at the work places yarn winding and weaving. Individual operating cycles being performed with the incorrect bodily posture and their share in the whole machine opration have been emphasized. According to the analyses of the bodily posture, some still insufficiently good ergonomic solutions on winding machines and looms are evident. Some operating cycles still represent a noticeable workers load, especially if it is a female operator so that two workers are necessary for these operations. Still different incorrect bodily postures (squatting, bending and stretching) are necessary in operating weaving machines, especially in the case of warp yearn breakage, as the weaving machine in not designed ergonomically enough. By a higher degree of automation of weaving machines ergonomically better solutions and comfortable operation of all the machinery in textile-mechanical processing may be achiavad.
