Sažetak
This paper describes the System Administration, Recovery and Management (SARM) subsystem, which is used for establishing the interaction between the System and the system administrator. It provides information on the current state of the System and its subsystems as well as means for managing the System. Special attention has been paid to the issue of remote System administration, management and maintenance. The purpose of this document is also to address security problems in e-services dealing with mobile networks and to explain how these problems are resolved in the Panoptes system.
