Sažetak
The subject of this paper is to point out the technical problems associated with high water cut production at marginal oil fields. Reservoir performance problems resulting from excessive water production, especially considering the small size oil fields could be characterized by delayed hydrocarbon production, reduced ultimate recovery factor, as well as higher operating expenses. Once abandoned, the economic feasibility of redeveloping this fields is gone.
