Sažetak
The object of the vibrational analysis is a centrifugal pump set installed in the INA – oil industry, Zagreb. The working media of a pump is a liquid gas. The analysis is divided in a two parts: measurement of vibrations and calculation of vibrations. The measurement of vibrations is carried out on the bearing cases of the centrifugal pump, in the three directions. Thereby different working regimes, at the nominal rotational speed, are used. The calculation of the flexural vibrations of rotor is carried out due to doubt of a vicinity of the horizontal critical frequency at the nominal rotation speed of the aggregate. In the analysis of the natural frequencies of a pump rotor, the special attention is paid to the seal influence. Results of the measurements and calculations are commented and finally the conclusions are given.
