Sažetak
The authors present a new, original arthroscopic technique with extracapsular plication of shoulder capsule. Arthroscopic extracapsular plication was performed at author?s institution on thirteen patients with multidirectional glenohumeral instability with a mean age of 26 (range 16-53) years. The mean follow - up was 12 months. All patients were satisfied with the procedure. There were no neurological injuries or postoperative complications.
