Sažetak
The aim of this study is to compare open Bankart procedure and arthroscopic stabilization of the shoulder in patients with anterior instability.Open Bankart is more reliable than arthroscopic stabilization of the shoulder. However, arthroscopic stabilization has more advantages ; better ROM, better function and cosmetic, lesser morbidity and small violation of normal anatomy. We recommend arthroscopic stabilization for anterior shoulder instability.
