Sažetak
The purpose of introducing this technology is possibility of manufacture of cold drawn tubes with high surface quality requirements. This may be achieved by use of a special oil-kind agent, which ensures both phosphate coating and lubricating of tube surface during a single operation. Such a new agent considerably simplifies surface preparing for deformation and enables the longest preparation and provides a nice bright occurrence of the drawn tubes. Another advantage of agent is that after thermal treatment tubes need not go through complete chemical process of preparation (pickling, flushing, … ). In addition the products are temporarily protected form corrosion.
