Sažetak
A mixture of 10 pesticides: MCPA, atrazine, propham, chloropropham, ofurace, boyleton, boycon A, boycon B, tetramethrin and (-cypermethrin was separated on CN-precoated HPTLC plates using polar mobile phase (methanol-water) in 1st and nonpolar mobile phase (hexane-diethyl ether) in 2nd direction. Chromatograms were recorded with sensitive color CCD camera and evaluated with Camag VideoScan software. Two quantification modes were compared: scanning of whole plate and scanning of manually defined bended tracks. The precision of video-densitometric quantitation of 2D chromatogram expressed as repeatability of image capturing and track setting was determined. The lowest RSD was obtained when the image was captured at focal distance of 15 mm and F-stop number 2 and the chromatogram quantitatively evaluated using complete scanning with 30 tracks positioned without overlapping.
