Sažetak
We study the physical conditions in the photosphere of the cool component of the symbiotic binary CH Cygni. The TiO absorption bands in the spectral region 4500-9480 A from spectra taken in an epoch of the 1998-2000 active phase have been identified as members of the a, g, g', b, d, f and e band systems. The temperatures of the coolest layers in the M7.5 giant's photosphere have been determined.
