Sažetak
Certain relationships emerge from answers given regarding the elements of organisation culture. They are, in view of management, important for setting the balance within certain elements of organisation culture. Research of such relationships was conducted in a pharmaceutics company. Results obtained by this research may constitute a management base of the company regarding the reaching of relevant decisions in the field of organisation culture.
