Sažetak
The use of scientific and technological achievements and the consequences it has on the life of the human being, also influenced the introduction of bioethics in university and secondary school educational programmes in Croatia. Considering the organization, methodology of teaching, quantity and allocation of hours necessary for teaching methods and work models, and professions that participate in the presentation of bioethical issues, we could say that university levels use various models for realizing bioethical education. The first part of the presentation will discuss forms of bioethical education in teaching contents and methods of bioethical education on faculties for medicine, theology and philosophy, in Croatia. The second part presents novelties in bioethical education associated with an interdisciplinary dialogue with the participation of philosophy, law and theology student’ professions that will, as of next school year, take over the task of teaching secondary school pupils on bioethical matters. In the future they will mutually confront problems of education and work in ethical committees. The third part of article presents and comments the bioethical curriculum in secondary school education.
