Sažetak
The paper is asmall contribution to understanding of the interaction of two dissimilar piezoelectric materials. PZT-6B and PZT-4 materials (piezoelectric ceramics) behaviour has been analysed. Analyzing the dislocation-crack interacting problems is the most interesting part necessary for advencement of new technologies while approaching to the physical limits of miniaturization. Since piezoelectric materials are used in sensors and transducers, the results of the paper could be used in nano-robots′ sensors for applications in replication technology, medicine and traffic. The expressions for the electroelastic fields and forces acting on a screw dislocation are given as complex function explicit forms. The results are calculated in MatLab.
