Sažetak
This paper describes a generally applicable algorithm to generate the test data. The generated data obey the integrity rules. The procedures described in the article may be implemented as part of a tool specialized for data generation. In addition, the procedures can be directly implemented in front-end language of the target database management system. Depending on the way of implementation of the algorithm, generated data can be written into flat files, into a special database of test data, or directly into the target database tables.
