Sažetak
A channel electron multiplier (CEM) is usually used as device for beam monitoring purposes and for detecting one particular type of particles. In this paper a method is proposed for using CEM as a windowless device which simultaneously detects several different type of particles arising from a source. The method has been successfully tested by experiments with a 209-Po source.
