Sažetak
Limbarda crithmoides (L.) Dumort. - Golden Samphire is a glabrous, rarely somewhat glandular subshrub which grows on coastal habitats, sandy and rocky, salt marshes and the margins of salt lakes, mainly along the coasts of Europe and W. Asia. Thin-layer chromatographic analysis of flavonoids and phenolic acids of L. crithmoides collected from three separated geographic locations along the Adriatic coast of Croatia showed the presence of 6 (leaves) or 7(flowers) flavonoids and three phenolic acids (leaves and flowers). Two flavonoids were identified as quercetin and rutin, while the one phenolic acid was proved as caffeic acid. The content of total flavonoids in leaves ranged from 0.20 to 0.43%, while the content in flowers varied from 0.15 to 0.39%.
