Sažetak
In the terms of the transport and logistics market liberalisation in which transport-logistics system has to meet special expectations of enlarged European Union, quality of transport-logistic services becomes the element of crucial importance for competitiveness and success on the European transport market. Therefore, in this paper is analysed the importance of the quality of transport-logistic services through the basic quality elements and customer orientation, and through the specific standard basis of transport-logistic quality which means methodological grounds of establishment, maintenance and improvement of quality services. Since, the value of transport-logistics service has to be analysed through the elements of transport, service and logistic respecting the environmental condition. Therefore, in this paper are also analysed the quality performance criterions for each of these elements which have to be optimal according to the customer expectations, requirements and market demand.
