Sažetak
The water quantity is the important parameter that considerably influences on the total mass and properties in the numerous solid substances. Hence, the moisture measuring is the integral part in many production and other processes. All of today well-known procedures are inexpedient often. Some of these demanding to be performed, some are unreliable and some are very dangerous. One new method based over the reflection at some specific wavelengths of the electromagnetic radiation in the near IR (NIR) range is applied in this paper. The aim is to develop an infrared moisture meter for practical use but with some specific substances firstly. An increment of it is described. Later, a wide variety applications on the same method based will be possible.
