Sažetak
Voltametrija je elektrokemijska metoda pogodna za fizičko-kemijsku karakterizaciju procesa u otopini i na granici faza, kao i za mjerenje tragova metala u prirodnim vodenim sustavima. Voltammetric measurements are often carried out near the sensitivity limits of the method because of the nature of the concentration conditions in natural waters. In order to increase the sensitivity, the quality and the confidence of the obtained information, recommended steps of data treatment consist of noise elimination, baseline correction, resolution enhancement, construction of secondary curves and fitting to the selected model, determination of the confidence limits of the parameters and estimation of the goodness-of-fit. The treatment of set of voltammograms of reduction of uranil ions in complexing media of selenat ions sets an example for an appropriate application of the chosen steps in the procedure, which affects the final results and conclusions.
