Sažetak
Aim: To assess the value of urodynamic investigation in incontinent children. Methods: 302 children w incontinence were examined urodinamically. Results. 28& children had normal urodynamics, 43.4% had urge syndrome, 23.2% had dysfunctional voiding, and others had less common disorders. Conclusion: If the child has daytime incontinence, without UTI and reaidual urine, timed voiding with treatment of constipation should be tried first, and if incontinence persisits urodynamic study is indicated. In all other incontinent children urodynamic investigation is required to identify the underlying cause and to guied appropriate treatments.
