Sažetak
This presentation is a critical overview of the resources necessary to operate web pages advertising tourist services. Elements of information architecture and strategies of user targeting are discussed, as well as the role of visual design and usability of selected sites. The presentations also includes a discussion of problem areas (information filtering, credibility issues) and success factors (feedback, user ratings, point-to-point approach, the element of play) in contemporary design of tourist web pages.
