Sažetak
Abstract: Chromium is well-known constituent of some metal complex dyes. Its exist in two common oxidation states, III and VI, and toxicity and harmful impact on environment and human health by Cr(VI) specie is well known. Thus it is necessary to control its content in dyestuffs, on dyed textile material and in wastewaters. This paper presents the possibility of eliminating of chromiom ions from 1:2 metalcomplex dyestuffs (Lanaset Blau 5G and Lanaset Gelb 2R) before and after treatmant by natural zeolites. Spectroscopic methods are suggested for measurement the content of total chromium.
