Sažetak
The thermooxidative degradation of PVC/MBS blends was studied using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) by dynamic and isothermal method. The dynamic method was found better than isothermal. Oxidative degradation temperature, (T_onset) was about 250^oC for PVC and about 178^oC for MBS. The peak temperatures (T_m) of oxidation were 276^oC and 193^oC, respectively. According to T(onset) and T_m the thermooxidative stability of MBS in the blend was improved and the thermooxidative stability of PVC in the blend remained the same.
