Sažetak
The future of NREN is defined by answering to five questions: whom NREN serves, what users need, how will it be done, why is NREN doing it, who will actually do it. The universe of possible questions is large and NREN is defined by picking up the parts of it and embedding them in definition of a NREN. Although the definition is a resulting vector of mutually acting forces from policy, industry, technology, users and culture, the prevailing influence have NREN itself and its sponsor. In short: the future of NREN is to be defined by NREN itself.
