Sažetak
The autors monitored the changes of the peripheral arterial blood pressure and puls rate during laparoscopic cholecystectomy with the peritoneal insufflation of carbon dioxide in 108 patients (78 normotonic and 30 hypertonic). The same number of patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy (72 normotonic and 36 hypertonic) was raddomisedly chosen for comparative group. All patients were scheduled to the operative procedures in appropriate general anaesthesia suitable to their condition. Normotonic patients experianced significant increase of dyastolic pressure and puls rate, as the significant increase of systolic and diastolic pressure was registered in hypertonic patients. The facts suggest the apparent influence of the peritoneal insufflation of carbon dioxide on the increase of blood pressure during laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
