Sažetak
Process stability is one of the base selection criteria for filler material, shielding gas and optimal welding parameters of the MAG welding. In order to determine influence of filler material and shielding gas selection, computer supported on-line acquisition and processing of main welding parameters (welding voltage and welding current) was performed using developed on-line monitoring system. Besides, during MAG welding process, audible sound signals were monitored. Two types of shielding gas were used: (a) carbon-dioxide and (b) gas mixture of argon (82%) and carbon-dioxide (18%). Welding process was performed with solid and basic flux cored wires. This paper presents results attained by analyse of collected data for MAG welding voltage and welding current, as well as welding process sound signals. Final results are shown in appropriate diagrams: moving average values distribution of welding parameters, as well as welding voltage, welding current and sound signals amplitude as a function of the time.
