Sažetak
Strong development of modern information and communication technologies (ICT) has an important impact to today's business operation. The successfulness and long-term perspective of companies depend more and more upon these very technologies. The Financial Agency (FINA) is an important user of these technologies, with its business largely depending upon them. By using these technologies, FINA has been making endeavours to improve its products, create new services and promote its relationships with users and partners. The report hereto is made in order to analyse the impact of usage of new technologies to FINA's efficiency in its efforts to transform itself into modern enterprise which will guarantee its future at the market.
