Sažetak
Abstract: Internet services have penetrated in almost all the areas of human activity by their rapid expansion. They still haven't taken their real role in some areas in Croatia, and neither in the public administration organs. Anyway, their application can create significant savings even in these organs, in the financial, time and ecological view. The glance on the financial saving, which is in this case the easiest to calculate, shows that communicating via Internet is 5 to 110 times cheaper from the usual manners of communicating up to this moment. Introduction of electronic post, Internet telephony, and Web shouldn't represent a significant problem, while, talking about the introduction of videoconferences, we can expect the management's resistance. They should become users of this service, but they would be deprived of or some benefits they momentarily have, for ex. travel expenses, daily allowance etc.
