Sažetak
The author analyses the proceedings of the Convention on Future of Europe and makes an attempt to preliminary foresee possible outcomes of the Convention. He is of an opinion that the result cvould not be a complete new constitution as expected by a majority of acxtors, but recommands the Convetion's leadership to turn back to the original methods of gradual construction of the compound system of the European Union institutions.
