Sažetak
The aim of this study was the comparison of parents' reports and youth reports on emotional and behavioral problems. Achenbach's Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL) and Youth Self Report (YSR) were administered to school aged children between 11-18 comrising a non-referred sample (N=790) drawn from the whole country. Youth rated higher scores to the Internalizing and Externalizing scales and the Total problems scales in both sexes (p<0.001). We confirmed a higher number of reports of emotional and behavioral problems by adolescents, what makes Croatian data consistent with other international studies.
