Sažetak
L-shell X-rays for Eu, Gd and W were measured in the proton energy range from 1.6 to 5.2 MeV. From these measurements, individual X-ray production cross sections, together with the cross section ratios L(alpha)/L(beta) and L(alpha)/L(gamma) were calculated. L(1), L(2) and L(3) subshell ionization cross sections were extracted from the X-ray production cross sections for L(gamma 2, 3), L(gamma 1, 5) and L(alpha 1, 2) X-ray lines. The results are compared with the experimental data published by other authors and with the theoretical predictions of the ECPSSR theory.
