Sažetak
Historical sociocultural changes are a decisive element in understanding children's developing awareness and attitudes about their own and other ethnic and national groups. This article shows how Croatian children (and children from Bosnia-Herzegovina)formulate their recent war experience by shared ethnical markers that point to the politicized collective identities. Special attention is paid to their attitudes towards the Serbian nation, which has been recognized as the war enemy.
