Sažetak
The cost structure of road construction works in the Republic of Croatia is analyzed. A particular emphasis is placed on the breakdown of construction costs on a planned motorway project. The analysis of an average cost estimate has shown that a construction cost estimate model can be established, through breakdown of construction works, for individual portions of the route and for various stages of realization of capital infrastructure projects. The model is formed of the construction cost estimate per every major work element.
