Sažetak
The war and its casualties that have affected the heart of Eastern Europe, i.e., the ex-Yugoslavian area in the last decennium of the 20th c., still exert a significant influence on the consumer's confidence in products originating from the war-affected countries. The conducted field research has explored a contemporary consumers' confidence in individual countries' products.
