Croatia hosted the south east Europe Health Ministers Forum in Dubrovnik, on Aug 31. The recent wars and the economic collapse following political changes has left health services in south east Europe badly damaged. Ministers and European representatives discussed various health development plans and declared health to be an integral determinant of social cohesion and major factor for development.
